Is 10.5.7 supported on EVO2?
by Santiago Gutierrez on May 26, 2009 at 3:12:35 pm

Hello,
I'm on a Mac Pro that is running 10.5.5, and the owner was asking me if 10.5.7 had been qualified yet by Maxx Digital. Does anyone know if there have been any issues?
Thanks,
Santiago

I am running one right now, on a new MAC with 10.5.7.
No problems.

Hello Santiago,
I am very happy to inform you and all of our valued customers that we were prepared for 10.5.7 several months ago as our Raid card manufacture works directly with Apple on all new firmware updates. Also Apple ships with our drivers preloaded on the OS.If you have any further questions please feel free to contact me directly.

Sincerely,

Are these firmware updates for the Areca 1680x card? If so where do we get them?
