Lower 3rd with CS3

I have a pdf called "After Effects Settings for Lyric Movie Objects" which explains how to save an animation with an alpha so it can serve as a lower 3rd. In "Output Module Settings" it says to select "Video for Windows" in the format drop-down menu. But in my CS3 copy of AE, this does not exist. Can anyone suggest an alternative?

If you're on a Mac you can use the Animation setting - Just make sure that you have Millions+ checked to create an embedded alpha. You'll need to load Quicktime onto your Chyron. I really prefer using QT movies over WMV; I think the file size is bit smaller and it seems much cleaner to me.
