In temporary Internet files, wait until the flv tutorial is fully loaded, then click on the Size column, on top and that will sort the files by size (you might have to click twice, sort small, then large). Copy the large flv and paste into where you want to archive it.

Well... that's because you need to be in the directory that can be found by following these steps.
For Internet Explorer 7.0
Tools>Internet Options>in the General Tap click under Browsing history>Settings>View Files
You will find the temporary internet files... the flv files WILL be there if you have already gone to the site and watch the video (i.e., they have been downloaded).
Then copy and paste the file where you want it... you can then view it at any time by opening up that file.

To Save tutorials from videocopilot.net this is what you do:
Step 1)
Go to the tutorial (as if you where to watch it) read the source file, find the embed src path...for example "http://video2.videocopilot.net/videotutorials/64-Stabilize_Shaky_Footage/index.swf" copy that.
Step 2)
Now paste that into your browser.
Step 3)
At the end of that url, delete the "index.swf" replace with "/data/tutorial.flv" - press enter
Step 4)
There you go, just save it.
ps...if you have both the video open on the site and are trying to trigger the download prompt, close the video and then retry, it should pop up real fast. Happy After Effect'ing =)
