Need this element!.

Hi, I got this picture:
http://www.ragedmonkey.com/smoke.jpg from VideoCopilot, it allows me to create
some nice smoke and cloud effects, but i am working on this website, and i require something similar but on a larger scale for better resolution for a fullscreen flash website. I was wondering is anyone here can help me, i cannot seem to find it anywhere, or is there a special name for these pictures.

That is very easy to make in Particle Illusion. If you still need it, let me know...

Yes i still need it. How would you make it in Particle Illusion? is that a software?
