Low budget GreenScreen + Lighting?

I know lighting is the most important part for doing keying because you do not want to reflect or cast shadows. However I am on a low budget as I am going to buy a camcorder as well.. I was thinking the Xacti CG6 or CG9, $189-$289 depending where bought. With that out of the way I was thinking about just buying some green/blue fabric, but is there really an exact color needed? Or can I just buy the closest one or a light green?
Now to lighting, does anyone have any suggestions for buying low costing lighting for this. I don't want "cheap" lights but cheap costing lights ;).

Travis... there are tons of sites that have lots of information regarding green/blue screen techniques and methods...
If you do a google search you will find some good explanations on how to go about doing this... however, like all methods... each will be slightly different and each will have some advantages and disadavantages. (Google Key words - chroma key, green screen or blue screen).
As for lighting... again,... that too is discussed at the sites that discuss green/blue screen.

Thanks Joe, I have decided even a low budget light setup and chroma screen will cost a great deal. I think I will probably wait to see what the 3D Tracking will have to give from VideoCopilot. :)
