rendering help!

im doing the tutorial for the spark text on vidoe copilot and ive even gone so far as to attempt to render the project file as well as my own. and the effects wont render out to anyformat. what do i do?

i only get hte back ground and plain text and sparks with NO glow effects at all and i dont know what to do so that what i render is what i see in my COMP view.

anyhelp thanxs

you'll have to render out using the Animation codec, then convert the file to something smaller if you need it to be smaller. You can't get the effect rendering it to a file that only supports 8 bit color.

so you mean to say that my adjustment layers wont render out unless i use a 32 bit channel and render as an Animation (which is huge file!)

right

Although Animation is still not a 32 bit codec, it gets closer for this purpose.

Anything else that I know of is 8 bit. If you can find another codec that ouputs files that are smaller, then you can render to that.

Once rendered, you can bring the movie file into After Effects or another program to convert it to a smaller sized file with a different codec, because the effect will have been written into the movie file.
