MOV to WMV

Hi all! Please tell me if this question doesn't belong here. More of a Final Cut/Quicktime workflow thing, but it does involve Windows. We edit corporate video on a Mac using Studio 2 where quicktime is native. For approvals, we have a long involved process of taking an exported MOV directly from the sequence, converting it to AVI, importing it then to Windows Movie Maker on a PC to shrink it to a WMV small enough to email. Whew! Anyone think of a quicker way we could be doing this? Would love to be able to do everything on the Mac if we could ...

Get Flip4Mac and you can export WMV's right from Final Cut Pro. Not only that, you can play your WMV's in Quicktime to check the encode. It works beautifully; it's really a must-have.
