Using Boot Camp with multiple drives
by Chris Heuer on Jun 26, 2009 at 12:05:07 pm

Hello! I'm about to install Windows Vista 64bit on my Mac Pro. I have read most of this forum and Googled for instructions on doing this. One bit of info I haven't found is, does boot camp let you choose which drive to partition?

I have 2 hard drives currently and planned on installing a 3rd drive for Windows and Eyeon Fusion. Will Boot Camp ask me which drive to partition?

Question#2:
What's the best format for working with Mac?
Fusion is the only Windows software I have, so all movies output will need to go on a drive that Mac can see.

Is FAT 32 a good Idea for performance, or will Mac Drive work just like on a normal PC?

Thanks in advance for any wisdom you have!

OK, I started Boot Camp. It does ask which drive to partition (if you have more than one). I'll update you on the rest of my findings as I go!
