FCP or QT export to WMV cuts clip short

In exporting a clip either from the FCP timeline or QT Player to WMV, my clips are getting cut short by about 2/3 of their total length. Any help on this?

Flip4Mac is probably in trial version. Check in System Preferences Flip4Mac prefpane upgrades to see if you have a paid Flip4Mac Studio series license. If not, that's what you need to buy.
If you have Parallels, Fusion, Boot Camp and Windows installed on your system there might be a way to use the free Windows Media Encoder on Windows depending on whether what you export from FCP is "portable" to Windows.
