Adding photo from photoshop to Adobe Indesign

I have Adobe Indesign CS4 as well as Adobe Photoshop CS4 wanted to know if anyone could tell me how I go about bring a photo from photoshop in indesign.
I design my own biussiness cards in Adobe Indesign CS4 and want to add a photo onto the bussinesss card from Adobe Photoshop

Try opening the help menu once in a while
