Importing 4d Objects into Photoshop Missing Textures
by Kalle Gönder on May 17, 2009 at 7:53:01 pm

I try to post again, as my first topic didn't get through and i'm quite desperate right now..

I'm trying to import 3d files from 3ds max or Cinema 4d into photoshop but whatever fileformat (*.3ds ....) I use photoshop CS4 seems to be unable to find the coresponding textures.. In short: The object is there the Textures are not.

You can add your textures manually. Open help up and look how to apply a texture file. Its easy.

So there is no way of keeping your textures when importing them?

Adding them might be easy but isn't there a way to keep the textures, as its a lot of work to add each and every one of them correctly again.
