Live Trace tool on cs2

i want to develop my skills within the live trace tool because i am really quite fond of it!!!! if anyone knows of any good tutorials for working on portraiture shots it would be very much appreciated if you passed on your knowledge.

The only trick I have for using live trace on photos, other that simply adjusting the trace settings, is to do multiple tracings of duplicates of the image with different trace settings. Than, make a composite using the different trace results.
