Here's my favorites:

VIDEO RELATED:
1. Export to Video over Firewire for Preview
2. New Video Actions that I Co-Authored - Alpha Channel, DVD Slideshow - Flicker Fix- Broadcast Safe Luminance - Broadcast Safe Saturation

DESIGN RELATED:
1. Ability to Place Raster and Vector Files and embed editability and scaling (think AE) HUGE DEAL
2. Smart Guides Like DVD Studio Pro
3. Font Menu Previews
4. Vanishing Point is Helpful for pattern work
5. Object Warping (like Text Warp, but more felxible)

PRODUCTION
1. Better Grouping of Layers
2. Better Web Galleries
3. More Autoamtion
4. More Felxibile File Browser
5. Smarter Sharpen Filters
6. Faster
7. Better Camera RAW

Have a new DVD coming out at NAB - 75 minutes long that give overview of all new features... very happy with it. Will sell for $39 or come bundled free with the 6 Hour Photoshop CS Essentials DVDs on Amazon.
