I am trying to send RED footage to the client to review the clips. I have RedCine-X and can view it in that program, but how would I go about letting them view the footage, without downloading any software? When I try to view the proxy files now in Quicktime I just get a black screen for the length of the clip.

Thanks.

Transcode to another standard QuickTime codec such H.264 or ProRes and send them that. The native RED files cannot be viewed on a system without downloading the RED codecs or one of the RED viewers from RED support first.
