new mocha tutorial

Hey folks,
I finally did the mocha tutorial I've been promising....it covers using mocha and AE for image stabilization.

Hi, Ross,

Thanks for the tutorial, it was really helpfull. Especially when you said to turn off Shear, Rotation and Scale. Sometimes it's little things like that that helps get a mind off tunnel vision.

Also, if you can give us a tutorial on Mokey's ability to remove moving objects, that would be stupendous! I have a challenging clip for you to choose from...(yeah right, if I could be so lucky).
