Mocha for AE versus Motor

I'm about to start work on an extensive roto project and it seems like the imagineer tools might come in really handy. I'm trying to figure out if it's better to get Mocha for AE 2.0 and the Mocha Shape plug-in or to get Motor. Motor is a lot more expensive. I'd like to be able to get as many uses out of the software as possible and I'm trying to find out the differences. It's a little hard to nail down the details. Does anyone have any advice on this?

motor is limited to just roto (no tracking exports) but works with more applications than After Effects. If you need to deliver roto work to other systems beyond AE, motor is the more robust sfw. Otherwise, you will be running all roto work through AE to render.
motor can render mattes and export shape date to:
AE (needs optional mocha shape plug-in)
FCP (needs optional mocha shape FxPlug)
Shake & Nuke (uses free script to convert Shake data to Nuke)
Autodesk Flame, Smoke, Combustion
mocha for AEv2 exports roto data ONLY to mocha shape plug-for AE. The main benefits of mocha for AEv2 combined with mocha shape:
- price is lower
- includes tracking exports for AE (this is a huge selling feature for many - but depends on your needs)
