if you're tapeless, how are you archiving?

I'm reposting this as I got no response the first time. A friend of mine is trying to go tapeless in a small to production business. His only fear is what would be the best way to archive his materials if he does buy a flash drive camera? What are those of you who are tapeless doing?

I shoot with a JVC HM700 (35 mbit). As soon as I finish the shoot I archive to Blueray all the clips and put them away. The I edit and when I finish I compact the project removing unused footage and trimming the used clips to the used part + a few seconds of handles (this Premiere does). Finally I archive on Blueray the project and the trimmed clips. So I have all the footage and all the project in two separate archives. I also (I was doing this for a long time) archive a full resolution, high quality version of the edit with no titles or graohics on top + separate audio tracks with no levels set. Usually this is just what I use if the client.. after a yer.. needs to retouch the movie or extract something

Maybe not the best, but were using a DroboPro. Its simple and network accessible. I do corporate video, and so my work doesn't need to be archived for years to come.
