mp3 Video?

I have a client who has asked for video to be delivered in MP3 format. I'm pretty sure this is a mistake-- is there such a thing? I always thought mp3 is Audio only. Wanted to doublecheck.

Hi Kelly, you are correct. MP3 is an MPEG-1 audio file. The client is probably asking for an MPEG video file, but I would double-check and find out exactly what they want. Find out what their end use is for the video file. They may need a totally different format than what they think they need.
