Sony Vegas Pro 12 Review

Well I jumped the gun and bought Vegas 12 this morning, upgrading from Vegas 9. Now mind you, I am not a professional video editor, but I thought you may like to see my thoughts.

Jason, get back to the Pan/Crop you nicely demonstrated and further check out the "Apply to FX" to a Mask shape. This allows you to restrict an FX to the Masked area - either INSIDE the Mask or OUTSIDE the Mask.
Check it out it is in the Top Left Control set. Make a Mask and then pick an FX - cool!
