Bob MarkDropout compensation plug-in??

Is there such a thing for Vegas? I have seen one for FCP. I have some Beta SP footage with dropout here and there that I would like to use.
I don't want to try to paint it out.

I've never seen a plug-in that can do that on the PC. Vegas certainly doesn't have one.
