Sony Vegas movie studio suite 12 rendering glitches.

Hi there!
In a recent video I was working with some video fx and overlay settings and after rendering some of the parts became very weird. The video is here
Near the last part at around 3:30 to the end the overlays become glitchy.
What I had put on was a black border for the game footage and a green border for he first two text overlays. The first of the two seems to have never rendered instead a black spot is left. The only other effects were the dissolve transition between the overlays.

Thanks for the quick reply.
After some searching it looks like most people useig the Sony abc 1280x720-24p setting. My copy of Sony movie studio platinum doesn't come with the setting. Could you paste the infomation required for me to build this setting? Also is this overlay problem inherent to the wmv format? In addition, what are te pros and cons of Sony abc?
