Hello -

I need a little help with properly installing the Boris Graffiti Plugin for Sony Vegas Pro 10. I recently downloaded the trial version of Boris Graffiti 6 (64 bit). It appeared to install correctly, as it was a selection when I chose "Track FX" on the timeline.

The trail period has ended and I now have the activation key for Boris Graffiti 6. I can successfully open BG6 as a stand alone program and it operates fine. However, when I try to launch BG6 from within SVP 10 I get a message that says "Trial Period has ended".

I tried moving the "BorisGRF6.dll" file into the Vegas "Video Plug-ins" Folder and restarted the machine, but no luck. I also took the "BorisGRF6.dll" file completely OUT of the "Video Plug-ins" Folder, yet BG6 still appears as an option in my "Track FX" selection.....which tells me I don't know what the heck I'm doing in getting the right files into the proper locations.

I'm running Windows 7 64 bit and both SVP 10 & BG6 are 64 bit. Can anyone help tell me where the plug-in files should be located, or if I need to uninstall and re install BG6 with the new activation number.

Thanks in advance.

Marlen

You dont need to fiddle with or move any of its .dll files,
simply try uninstalling the software, then delete all its folders
and files (especially since you fiddled with them), then do a fresh
install and activate at the same time.
