50i footage mixed with 30p footage in Sony Vegas

Hello All! This is my first post here at CreativeCow.

I am planning to buy a Panasonic AG-AC7 but it is not locally available here in the Philippines. The only version that can be bought here is the PAL version HDC-MDH1. Weird is that Philippines is an NTSC country.

My plan is Get the Pal version and will be shooting along side my 60D and 7D. If I am going this route what will be the problems I will encounter editing them in Sony Vegas 11? My output by the way will be Authored DVD (NTSC) using DVD Architect 5.
