Vegas 10 wont open replay telecorder for skype recorded file

HI there,
I have a huge problem. I have Vegas 10 and when I import a video file I recorded using Replay telecorder for skype to record the files I get this error message.

Warning: An error occured while opening one or more files.
An error occured while opening a codec
The details are: File C:\Users\(file-location)\2011-10-12 15-47-21-remote.avi could not be opened.


Does anyone know what I can do. I can import it into moviemaker.

Any help is most appreciated.
