How do I make rack focus in Sony Vegas? I created "tilt shift effect" in Magic Bullet Looks and now I want to change the focus from the foreground to the background. Is it possible?

You would have to use a blur with a mask and then keyframe the blur to simulate the focus change. NewBlueFx has a rack focus plug-in in their Video Escencials II set that makes this simple to do.
