Program shuts down after using the stabilizer

Please if any one knows the cause and solution for this kind of problem...
my entire clip is gone because i have saved it after using the stabilizer, now every time i try to open it up the program shuts down and i get this massage:

i guess that skype sometimes...

I don't think its that cause till now i had it running with no problems, now since i saved the project after using the stabilizer it's ejecting and throwing me out everytime i run it over :(

i might have a bug on my files?
