Can I preset .png files?

I am making .png text files with MS PowerPoint and TechSmith's Snagit. It works great. However, when I drag the files to the timeline, I must set each one of them manually to my preset, by opening Pan/Crop, and selecting the appropriate preset from the drop-down list.
Is there some way to automate the process of applying the preset to the .png slides? It would save some keystrokes.

You can apply your pan/crop preset to the first PNG file. Then copy this event, select all the other png files and PASTE ATTRIBUTES to apply the same pan/crop preset to all the other png events.
