Best Settings for No Loss of Quality in Vegas Pro 9 output ready for Squeeze

Hi,
I want to edit my video using Sony Vegas Pro 9, but compress it for web publication using Sorenson Squeeze which gives me more options. What I don't want to do is have Sony do one set of compression and then Squeeze do another so that I get the nasty "compression of a compression" effect.
My input material is from a Sony PMW-EX1 which is supported directly by Vegas Pro 9. My final format is H.264. What render format/output should I use in Vegas pro to maintain the highest quality of output ready for input to Sorenson Squeeze. I effectively want to edit in "raw" format, add titles, effects etc and then render out to the same quality as I have with "raw" for input to Squeeze.

Any uncompressed format will do. For AVI, HuffyYUV or Lagarith (JR converted me to this format!). For QuickTime the Animation codec is more or less lossless at 100%. PNG is a good option too, but it takes longer and the files aren't that much smaller (and are sometimes larger). Disc space is cheap, in any case, and you can delete the gigantic uncompressed intermediaries at the project's conclusion, safe in the assumption that you can always rerender if necessary.

I'm having a problem where my video has a constant motion-blur-like effect when i compile it, but when i play it off the explore tab on preview, it looks fine. Can anyone help?
