Hello,
I'm using Sony Vegas 9.0 TRIAL version to edit my video for a school project work. After editing and previewing the video was okay, and then I click on the 'MAKE MOVIE' button.
After the avi. format has been made, I opened and found out that there are problems!
The video is laggy and relatively slow while the audio is playing at the speed I want, and this causes the video and audio to be off sync.
PLEASE HELP ME!
By the way I am a computer idiot and do not know about those technical terms so please teach me in layman's term please!(If possible a step-by-step instruction manual)
I really really need help as I need to hand in the work in 2 days time!

Which avi format? What video/audio format is inside the avi container?
You could install media player classic and then in options select audio switcher. Then select and enable 'audio time shift(ms)' and try various settings until playback is in sync. Using that number you could shift audio in vegas.
