well i need help im trying to get this text clip

into this little red and blue image on the wall for the entire clip Image any help?

Simply go to the left of the timeline that the text clip is on
and select "track motion", In there you easily resize your text
clip and manipulate it anywhere you want in your video.

yes i was thinking of something like that but for the entire clip so the camera moves would i use keyframes and keep it the same size everytime?

Hope i understand you correctly.
If you want the text clip to move within the video
as the camera moves, have the text clip extended to the full
length of the video and yes keyframes is what you would need
to use. If you take the time do it precisely you will have
excellent results....(vegas keyframing ability is top notch).
