Rendering settings for iphone

Hi All - I am trying to render a video and copy it over to my iphone. can someone let me know what render settings/process I should use?

John, I've had success converting other assorted files to my kids' iPods with a utility called Free Studio Manager from DVD VideoSoft.
One of the many plugins for it is a Video to iPhone Converter.
It's free so you have nothing to lose.
