Transition - Motion Blur

So I finally got my license of MS9 Plat. Pro pack thinking that it included a motion blur transition...which it apperantly does not. Booo.
In any case, is there a way to achieve that effect without a purchased transition?
I have some Huaorani (native jungle people) shooting a blow-gun and then I cut out a portion of me panning from them to the target that they hit and want the two parts of the video to be motion-blurred together so it looks like I am panning very fast from right to left and landing perfectly on the target.
Hope that is a good enough explanation.
Frankly most of the transitions that come with the product (and most that you can buy) seem to be amaturish and scream "I AM NEW TO VIDEO EDITING AND LIKE FUN TRANSITIONS!" Rather than just being subtle transitions.

You can put motion blur at the end of the dart blow clip with it zoomed in, keyframe it moving one way, with a fade out. Then on another track, do the same thing at the beginning with a fade in, and keyframe it moving from the same direction. Overlap the tracks the same amount as the fades to make it look like a transition.
Hope this helps. Danny Hays
