I am in the middle of a small production, using the canon xh-a1. I have shot everything in 24f. I just went to capture with sony vegas 8 and everything is severly jumpy. I have watched some of the footage from the cam to the tv and it looks fine. What am I doing wrong in my settings with Vegas8"s capturing? I'm lost, help?

Did you start your project with the proper project properties?

One may have some problems using Canon 24f formats:
But this topic was recently discussed and covered extensively.
