"Save for Web" on Vegas Platinum 8

I'm new to both Vegas and Canon HV30. I need to upload video onto the web. I've been asked to shoot in HD (I use the HD30 setting). So after editing I click "save for web" in Vegas and am sent to Acidplanet. Can I then embed that video into YouTube or some other website? Or, if not, what settings should I use when I "Make a Movie" so as to look the best on YouTube?
