Flash Encoder / Player Compatibilities?

Since I use Vegas as my editing software, I thought I'd post this question here as it's germane to my workflow.
Client wants me to select interview outtakes of recent project and convert to Flash Video so they can insert it on their website for viewing. I've been testing out different Flash Encoders from web downloads and have found Moyea to be really easy to use and the quality output is really good. At $49 it seems a value.
But as a newbie to using Flash, I'm curious if the video files I create in Moyea will be compatible with other players as the ubiquitous Adobe Flash Player 9?
Are all flash encoders compatible with Adobe?Or does each require to have their own players embedded in the website? Thanks for your input.

When you created your Flash video (FLV) in Moya (or most other Flash programs they should automatically create the SWF wrapper (player) for you. You need to make sure both are in the same directory.
Some software will also create the HTML code for you also. I think that Moyea does but haven't used my copy in quite a while.

Just When I thought I had it handled....
....the client's web designer sends me an e-mail saying he's having problems with opening the Moyea files and now wants me to send the .fla file. Well I looked and it appears that Moyea Flash MX Std doesn't create the .fla file which I believe is the orginal source file.
Sooo what do I do now? Any thoughts mucho appreciato!!
