Sony Vegas 8 Platinum: A Little Image Trouble
by Paul Bromwell on Jun 29, 2008 at 2:35:32 pm

Okay, I'm having a little trouble with the images in my Sony Vegas. When I render the video (publish it to a video file), the images always have a black border around them when the videos do not. I've tried changing the things (Square, Widescreen, etc.) but those just make it worse. I REALLY need the pictures to not have the border, say, I want a certain frame of a video (using take picture from preview) to last longer in the video without the video repeating itself and the viewer not being able to tell when the video changes to an image. Any help? Please?

You just need to click on the little box on the end of each of
the pictures on the timeline, to open the "event pan crop" window
and you right click on the image and select "match output aspect"
and do your adjustment by moving the box. Done.
