This is driving me CRAZY. I have a video with one minute of introduction media followed by the main video. My problem is if you turn the main video off, you get thrown back to having to watch the introduction media all over again. The Remote Button option to Resume playback is grayed out. What am I missing?

Janet, is this a video done by you or someone else?
If it was someone else, there's nothng you can do about it.
If you did it, then you need to go into the properties menu (Remote tab or something like that) for the "first play" clip and enable the buttons that have been disabled.
