Can You Import Adobe After Effects Comps into Vegas 8?

Read this in a review, but not sure if it is accurate. If it is possible could you please steer me in the right direction so I can try it. Thanks so much in advance.

no you cant. you have to render your movie file before importing into vegas. You can use AAF to go from AE to Vegas, but that wouldnt make sense since effects/motion tracking etc. would not come in.
