rendering two video channels to different screen locations

I'm working on a music video shot with two cameras, one at 16:9 and the other at 4:3 (this was unintentional). I've already edited and now when I render two video channels are showing up in different screen location. Actually the 16:9 track is much smaller and off to the left. It seems to be following the location set on the VAAST Double Take view. How can I get the two to match up? I'm okay with cutting the 16:9 down to 4:3 and losing the edges to have the aspects match. I read some other posts that mentioned the "match media" option but I can't seem to find it in Vegas 7. Maybe it was moved? Can anybody save me?

Even if both are 4:3, you'll not get them to fit the screen correctly, as there isn't enough real estate to fill the screen with two 4:3 images.
Can they lay over top of each other, or do you need a fixed split screen?
