1.85:1 ratio

Hi, I am shooting a some scenes for a trailer this weekend on 16:9 but I want to edit it so it looks like 1.85:1. I tried using a black solid and a cookie cutter but is there a better way to do it?

Sorry - long day - I meant 2.39:1 ratio.
