Does Sony Vegas Pro render out to TIFF files? Interested in doing a HD out. I was told to render my movie to TIFF files. then each frame can be color timed for film out.

The DebugMode frameserver plugin can export tiff sequences directly, or it can serve frames to Quicktime Pro or VirtualDub, both of which should also be able to make tiff sequences.
Vegas can't do it on it's own, and I wouldn't use scripts for what you want, but the frame server is free.

Vegas, by itself, can do PNG or JPG. Besides the options Rob gave you, you could also export a series of PNG images and let them use those. If they truly insist on TIFF, you could use a graphics program to batch convert them all.
If they return a TIFF sequence and you want to import them back into Vegas, you might seriously want to convert them all to PNG anyway.
