What's the "best" way for quality and lossless to export my graphics and titling from After Effects to Vegas 8?

Hi, I am doing some graphics and titling in AE CS3 and would like to export them for use in Vegas timeline with transparency-Alpha.
I usually export it by using File--> Export as PNG and then import the image sequence in Vegas selecting Premultipled (dirty)to preserve the Alpha channel.

Is this the best quality and lossless way or I should select tiff images which have bigger size?
I have also tried rendering from render queue as uncompressed avi and image sequence but I don't get the transparency-Alpha channel in Vegas. Is there something I should do in render queue to preserve the Alpha?

Never tif in Vegas. PNG or TGA sequences are best.
If you're not seeing the transparency/alpha in Vegas, you clearly already know how to right click and get to the various modes. You're sure you're exporting a 32 bit file from AE? Uncompressed doesn't necessarily mean it's 32bit.
