pixelated video correction?

Is there a plug in available to correct pixelation of a source video? I have Vegas Pro 8b, and cannot seem to find any reference to correcting this problem. Thanks!

If by "pixelation", you mean that the source video has some blocks throughout, there's nothing Vegas can do about this.
It sounds like it could be dirty (video) heads so try running a cleaning tape through your camcorder and capturing it again.
