best settings for Vimeo website...

Does anyone have any experience using Vimeo? If so, what render settings should I use to get the best quality for HD? All my stuff is shot in 1080 60i HDV.

I have had good luck with .wmv presets (720p)with a few mior adjustments for frame rate, I or P etc ..
