hello,
I am using sony video movie studio 8.0 I saved a project to my hard drive and when I play it back in windows media player the video woks but no music plays that I had added to the project. Any help would be appreciated.

If the music is playing in your project and windows media player plays other sound files then the sound track has been most likely lost as a result of you choosing a wrong kind of format for proper playback in windows media player. This has happened to me as well but Ive solved it by choosing a higher quality option or by changing to other format.

I have the same problem of "project saved to hard drive, video works but no sound". Would appreciate if you would give more details on your solution: e.g. examples on specific formats, etc.
