AC3 sound levels used for DVD

	AC3 sound levels used for DVD by Gern Blanstein on Jan 8, 2008 at 6:34:21 am I am editing six, uncompressed (PCM) mono streams and the relative levels are presently appropriate for a music CD, but they are too high for DVD. I know that AC3 streams demuxed from a commercial DVD are typically attenuated, but I am clueless about the standards and specifications. Can someone offer any guidance on preparing audio data before rendering the 5.1 surround track? Thank you in advance :) Respond to this post Return to posts index
