External Mixers For Vegas
by newbee33 on Dec 10, 2007 at 5:45:51 am

i researched for a while and only came up with the mackie mixer that is directly supported in vegas. I want that tactile feel to my mixes instead of the envelopes. I just need something basic like 4 to 6 channels, and dont got enough $ right now for the mackie. is that ALL vegas supports for mixing?

thank you

Vegas also has direct support for the Frontier Tranzport, but it's more $$ than the Mackie.
Any device with HUI support will work in Vegas, you'll merely need to do the mapping by hand. My Vegas book DVD comes with a keyset for a Midiman Oxygen keyboard, but it's a keyboard with knobs, so you might not like that interface.
