Rendering a bunch of .wmv files from one long .avi
by DV Memories Video on Apr 24, 2007 at 8:44:33 pm

I recently produced a kickboxing match with 15 fights. I am looking for a way to render 15 separate wmv files from an .avi file on the timeline to place on a website, It would be great if i could set it up and go to bed and have 15 little files waiting for me in the morning.

Is there a script where i can do this ? Will Ultimate S do it or something else?

Thanks,
Eric

Create regions around the separate sections you want to render, then go to Tools >Batch Render and check the Render Regions button.
Open the Windows Media tree and select what flavor of wmv you want.
Click OK, then go to bed.

one last thing Gary forgot to mention.......brush your teeth and say your bedtime prayers.

Wow, and to think i didnt want to do it because it would take too long! Sounds just like making an audio CD.

Thanks a bunch, this will come in handy for other projects as well.

I should've known better.
