Detailed help on audio plugins?

I'd like to get more understanding about the audio plugins like the wave hammer and the compressor.
Does Sony provide any tutorials or help files anywhere? I've searched to no avail....

Every FX and Plugin has a help file. You can access it by adding the plugin and clicking on the question mark in the dialog box (to the right of the preset box)
