I am trying to produce some training videos on certain software programs and some websites. I need to get high quality screen captures that will look high quality once put on to DVD.
I've tried using Camtasia and I get good results if I put the screen capture on CD to be played on a computer but terrible results when put on a DVD and played back on a TV.
Has anyone been able to get high quality screen captures to DVD? If so could you please explain the tools and process that you use?

I wrote this post above and have not had anyone offer any advice on this subject. Being a Vegas user this is naturally where I came for help. But I now realize this isn't necessarily a Vegas topic. Does anyone have a suggestion of what forum would be best to maybe get some advise on this topic?

Camtasia and Vegas should work fine to give good results. Remember that Camtasia will typically capture at larger than video size. Therefore, make sure you use Pan/Crop to zoom in on the image since Pan/Crop will use the full resolution and Track Motion will not.
Because of the higher resolution and potentially fine lines, you may also need to use "reduce interlace flicker". Otherwise, simply rendering to MPEG2 should give you good results as-is.
